Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and refine workflow processes. Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports related to performance updates and KPIs. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance. Responsible for leading and developing a team of collection agents to achieve recovery and delinquency targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance. This role combines people management with data‑driven decision‑making—leveraging data mining, analysis, and reporting to identify performance trends, optimize collection strategies, and support business insights. Requirements Bachelor's Degree At least 2 years of experience leading a team. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements. Effective negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, for tracking performance metrics and managing reports.
