Virtual Assistant- Part Time

Key Responsibilities:
Handle All Personal Shipment Transactions Manage and assist all clients shipping items for personal use, whether walk-in, via call, or online.
Respond to Inquiries via Call and Social Media Channels Address inquiries through phone calls and support Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), especially when VA traffic is high.
Create and Verify Shipping Documents Prepare billing invoices. Ensure the customer's package is ready and acceptable for shipping by verifying the completeness of the Packing List and Proforma Invoice.
Update ZendEase Platforms and Trackers Accurately log all personal shipment transactions in the ZendEase system and internal trackers.
Coordinate with Sales Leads Generation, Logistics, and Operations Teams. Work with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely handling of each personal shipment.
Endorse Non-Personal Inquiries to Sales Team. Refer leads related to business shipments, bulk cargo, or other business models (e.g., auto parts) to the appropriate sales representatives.
Support the Sales Leads Generation Team During High Volume. Assist virtual assistants in replying to Meta inquiries during peak periods or when foot traffic in the branch is low.
Maintain Accurate Admin Records Organize both physical and digital files related to each personal shipment for efficient tracking and documentation.
One (1) day onsite schedule in Makati Office.
Perform Other Tasks Assigned by the Manager. Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the Manager.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php10, Php12,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 6 per week
Work Location: In person
