Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to provide strategic insights on deposit and loan trends. This role supports senior management with actionable reports and dashboards to guide business decisions, planning, and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze deposit and loan performance across branches, products, and customer segments.
  • Prepare daily and monthly dashboards highlighting balances, payments/releases, and customer behavior trends.
  • Validate financial data through SL-GL reconciliation and maintain the MIS reporting platform using SQL.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual deposit and loan budgets, and cascade targets to branches and relationship managers.
  • Support performance monitoring and recalibration through simulations and reports.
  • Maintain accurate tagging of account ownership by product, branch, and RM.
  • Analyze CASA, loan performance, and branch volume production metrics.
  • Manage, validate, and automate data systems to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, budgeting, or financial reporting in a banking or financial institution.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
