What is your mission?

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll analyze financial data, prepare reports, build financial models, and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. You'll work closely with business units to provide actionable financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to grow in financial planning and reporting, this role is for you.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Analyze financial data and trends to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the budgeting process implementation and maintenance in NetSuite (or SAP).
  • Load and audit budgets/forecasts in ERP systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and scenarios.
  • Track KPIs and analyze variances against budget/forecast.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Conduct profitability and cost analysis on products, services, or departments.
  • Partner with business units to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.
  • Support audits, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvement projects.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business analytics.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and experience in cost accounting.
  • CPA or CFA certification (advantage but not required).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Effective time management; able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
