  • Responsible in taking guests' food and beverage orders and providing their selections timely and efficiently
  • Oversees handling an area or a section of the outlet and must ensure that guests have been provided exceptional experience during their stay
  • In-charge of handling bookings and submit a guest list and coordinate with the receptionist to assign seats seamlessly
  • Responsible for marketing and promotions of food and beverage products

Requirements
  • Food & Beverage service working experience in recognized 5-star hotels, resort, casino or integrated properties or modeling/ushering experience
  • Customer-service driven
  • Can communicate effectively with guests
  • Good command of the English language
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Pleasing personality
  • The ideal candidate shall possess a strong network and a passion for nightlife
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often loud and busy environment, and be able to handle a large volume of guests
  • Must be able to perform diverse physical tasks such as constant walking, standing, and lifting of operating supplies and equipment, full trays, and other related items
  • Must maintain a working knowledge of the department standards, policies and procedures
  • Must be at least 5'5" in height, with excellent body proportion and good posture
  • Flexibility to work in any shift on any day of the week
