Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team at our vibrant bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, and be committed to delivering exceptional service to every guest. As a waiter, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and make recommendations as needed.
  • Serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Handle payment transactions using POS systems.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and politely.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Experience:

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a bar, restaurant, or similar environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of bar menus, cocktails, and food pairings is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

  • Other Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
