Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to oversee the company's financial records, reporting systems, and compliance processes. The role requires strong expertise in bookkeeping, financial analysis, and accounting software, with the ability to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality at all times.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate bookkeeping, preferably in agriculture, technology, or manufacturing industries, and be able to support both day-to-day operations and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger, journals, and subsidiary accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow records, and petty cash.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Support CFO/CEO in preparing budget forecasts, cost analyses, and ROI reports.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits accounting, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Monitor inventory, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
- Implement financial controls and best practices to protect company assets.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide training/support as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
- Minimum 5–7 years' solid bookkeeping/accounting experience (at least 3 years in a senior role).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and corporate finance.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
