Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
- Manage front office operations including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Support scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate databases for visitors, memberships, or events.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports as required.
Museum Guide Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for museum guides, docents, and volunteers.
- Create and maintain guide schedules for tours, educational programs, and special events.
- Monitor guide attendance and performance, and gather visitor feedback.
- Collaborate with education and exhibitions staff to align guide content with current displays and programming.
- Ensure guides are equipped with up-to-date materials and tour resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and the public.
- Flexibility to occasionally work weekends during special events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
