Gen. Accountant

• Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. The role also involves monitoring project-related costs, handling real estate transactions, and supporting management with financial analysis to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables, ensuring timely collections and disbursements.
• Oversee accounting for real estate sales, leasing, and project development transactions.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external partners as needed.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Support management in decision-making through financial analysis and insights.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in real estate, property development, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and taxation.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under minimal supervision.
