The Motorpool Associate is responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and related assets. This role ensures the availability, safety, and proper utilization of the motorpool fleet while providing support in documentation, scheduling, and logistics requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate logistics activities.
  • Monitoring of Fleet Card
  • Responsible with the vehicle schedule and maintenance
  • Provide support to the Warehouse Supervisor and other Team member as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
