PART TIME CALL CENTER AGENT (OUTBOUND)

Job Description:

  • Place outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales.
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve customer concerns or complete leads and sales.
  • Update and maintain customer information using CRM software.
  • Respond to customer emails and other communication channels.
  • Prepare and generate reports with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Meet performance targets as defined in service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Customer-focused with adaptability to different personality types
  • Quick to learn and adaptable
  • No BPO experience required; students, homemakers, and part-time workers are welcome to apply
