Call Center Agent – On-Site | Batangas City

Job Overview:

  • Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales.
  • Handle inbound calls to address customer concerns or close leads and sales.
  • Manage data entry and update customer records using CRM software.
  • Reply to customer emails and other communication channels.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Achieve targets as defined in service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work on-site in Batangas City
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Capable of working well under pressure
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to various personalities
  • Quick learner with strong analytical skills
  • No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
