We are Yoonet, a 10-year BPO with extensive experience supporting AU, NZ and UK clients, and now expanding its operations to Iloilo. We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support UK and Australian clients. in managing day-to-day financial operations, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting. It is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with international clients.

Job Highlights

  • Exposure to Xero, cloud accounting tools, and global bookkeeping standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and categorise daily financial transactions
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee and payroll records
  • Track expenses and generate basic financial reports
  • Support compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
  • Collaborate remotely with accountants, management, and auditors
  • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping or accounting support experience
  • Proficiency in Xero; experience with MYOB or QuickBooks a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting UK or Australian clients
  • Accounting or finance degree
