We are looking for a
Project Designer
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for architects and designers who want to shape
future-ready communities
through innovative and sustainable design.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the
    design and development of master plans, mixed-use, and large-scale projects
    from concept to documentation.
  • Produce
    drawings, diagrams, 3D models, and presentations
    that clearly communicate project vision.
  • Work closely with
    urban planners, architects, engineers, and sustainability consultants
    in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Research and apply
    sustainable strategies, low-carbon materials, and planning best practices
    .
  • Participate in
    client presentations, workshops, and design reviews
    , ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Uphold design excellence while adhering to
    company standards, codes, and sustainability frameworks
    .

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
    BS Architecture graduate.
  • Eligibility:
    Preferably a
    Licensed Architect
    , but
    fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    if they can demonstrate passion and expertise in
    master planning and sustainable design
    .
  • Experience:
    0–4 years of relevant work experience in architecture, master planning, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in
    CAD & 3D Modeling
    (AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Rhino3D).
  • Familiarity with
    BIM
    (ArchiCAD, Revit).
  • Rendering experience (Lumion, D5, Twinmotion, Enscape).
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office & Google Workspace
    for reporting and documentation.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong design sensibility, ability to think at both the
    urban and architectural scale
    , good communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
