We are seeking an SME - Marketo professional with 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, and evolving marketing functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to strategic projects, including a migration and the integration of AI-driven tools. Need to Support EMEA and APJ teams in optimizing our lead management, ensuring data integrity, and enabling our marketing and sales teams

● 3-5 years of experience in SME - Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

● Hands-on experience with at least one major Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar (ideally including migration support or significant setup).

● Deep expertise in Marketo Engage across the full lifecycle—from initial setup and configuration to data migration, program architecture, and platform optimization; supplemented by practical experience with HubSpot and Pardot.

● Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is essential (experience with custom objects, reports, dashboards, lead/contact management).

● Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

● Solid understanding of lead scoring, lead routing, and managing the lead lifecycle.

● Familiarity with data management concepts; exposure to data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery) or large dataset handling is a significant plus.

● Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI/ML concepts for marketing operations.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast- paced, evolving environment.

● Familiarity with SQL for data querying and analysis.
