The Role: AI Automation Developer

This is a hands-on, highly technical role where you serve as the primary builder for our custom client solutions. Your focus is on execution efficiency and technical reliability, using AI as your most powerful development partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Augmented Execution: Lead the practical construction of solutions by using advanced prompting techniques and AI coding agents (e.g., Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to generate, debug, and optimize the majority of required code (primarily Python or JavaScript).
• Workflow Construction: Design, build, and test complex, multi-system automation workflows for clients and our agency using platforms like n8n, Zapier or , ensuring seamless API-level data transfer.
• Prompt Engineering & Implementation: Implement advanced, proprietary prompt strategies to ensure generative AI outputs (for content or data analysis) are precise, secure, and compliant with legal industry standards.
• Architecture Contribution: Inform the Division Lead on technical feasibility, required effort, and optimal tooling during the planning stages of new projects, ensuring the final blueprint is implementable and cost-effective.
• Deployment and QA: Prepare solutions for production deployment, manage version control, execute rigorous testing protocols, and conduct ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all solutions and data handling practices adhere strictly to established security protocols and data privacy regulations, which is paramount when dealing with legal data.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Technical Expertise:

• 3+ years of practical experience in software development, scripting, or technical implementation.
• Mandatory Expertise in AI Augmentation: Proven ability and experience leveraging AI coding assistants and generative models to significantly accelerate code production and debugging.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and/or
• Integration: Deep, hands-on understanding of API design and RESTful principles for secure, complex data integration between business systems.
• Automation Platforms: Hands-on experience building multi-step workflows using industry automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Job Ad: AI Automation Developer
• Cloud Familiarity: Experience with cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, Hetzner or GCP) for solution deployment and hosting.

Desired Assets (The Edge):

• Familiarity with database design and data pipeline management.
• Experience working within an agile or iterative development environment.
• Prior experience in the Legal Tech sector or implementing solutions with high compliance requirements.
