Job Overview:

They are seeking a Cloud Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in CASB and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing cloud security controls across multiple platforms, ensuring data protection, compliance, and secure cloud operations. This role supports banking services and provides a high-impact opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Forcepoint CASB to provide visibility and control over cloud applications.
• Design, implement, and tune CASB policies for data loss prevention (DLP), threat protection, and shadow IT discovery.
• Utilize CASB User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) to detect and remediate compromised accounts and insider threats.
• Manage zero-trust access policies, conditional access, and device-based security controls.
• Conduct Shadow IT discovery, risk assessments, and enforce cloud governance.
• Serve as the top-tier technical authority for multi-cloud security architecture (Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud).
• Lead the deployment and optimization of Prisma Cloud and container security solutions for Kubernetes/Docker workloads.
• Develop and enforce Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection (CWPP) standards.
• Conduct security design reviews, threat modeling, and ensure compliance with standards such as NIST, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
• Drive automation of cloud security controls within CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical cloud security incidents.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to enforce security best practices.
• Perform periodic audits of cloud configurations and entitlements (CIEM).
• Produce high-quality documentation, runbooks, and training materials for internal teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in cloud security for Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Forcepoint CASB platform.
• Hands-on experience with container security and Kubernetes/Docker workloads.
• Familiarity with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection (CWPP).
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST.
• Excellent communication and ITSM service management skills.
