
Parts Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering/Management course, or any equivalent Business course.
- At least 5-8 years of work experience as a Car Aftersales (Parts and Service) Manager;
- Preferably from Luxury Brands (Automotive Industry).
- With technical familiarity in Aftersales Operations of the automotive business.
- Must be a good communicator, customer service oriented, and with a pleasing personality.
- Well-versed in using MS Office Applications.
Job Overview
- Oversees all aspects of the Service and Parts Department.
- Responsible for establishing sales and productivity objectives and forecasting future performance.
- Accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising.
- Must be an investment advisor and profit producer by achieving set KPIs.
Dealership Operations
- Responsible for the vehicle pre-delivery inspection process (PDI for new vehicles).
- Problem Management and Solving.
Technical Assistance Support Process
- Oversee the offers to be proposed to the list of Customers and the communication methods to be used to disseminate these.
Spare Parts Assistance Process
- Manage the stock of spare parts to ensure fast availability of parts for cars inside the Workshop.
- Manage the stock of parts to ensure fast turnover and avoid excessive stockholding.
- Manage the retail display stands with merchandising items.
