Parts Warehouseman

• Full responsibility for parts warehouse management.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, placing orders in the delivery area.
• Maintaining inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Prepare summary and technical reports.
• Assign labor operation number and trouble codes to the warranty repair order.
• Prepare warranty claims in accordance with distributor procedure.
• Administer warranty claims in accordance with distributor procedures.
• Administer warranty parts identification, storage, and disposal.
• Responsible for parts quotation, parts pricing, and over the counter.
• Responsible for preparing payments to the supplier.

Qualifications*

• Graduate of any course.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Preferably with knowledge of automotive parts and its function.
• Preferably with a driver's license.
