Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that all products, particularly ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics, meet company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves inspecting, documenting, and analyzing product quality, reviewing supplier compliance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing and packaging processes.

• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Monitor production and packaging processes to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA for cosmetics).
• Document inspection results and report any non-conformities or quality issues.
• Participate in the investigation and resolution of product quality complaints.
• Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support regulatory submissions and product registration processes (e.g., LTO, CPR for cosmetics).
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate QA records, inspection logs, and product testing results.

• Graduate of BS in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related science course.
• Preferably with experience in QA/QC, especially in cosmetics, garments, or consumer goods.
• Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and FDA regulations.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and documentation.
• Licensed Pharmacist is a Plus.
