Admin Staff/Encoder

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and organize documents related to client accounts, transactions, and agreements
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of documentation
- Maintain updated records in both physical and digital formats
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients to gather necessary documents
- Monitor document expiration dates and ensure renewals are processed on time
- File and retrieve documents as requested by management or clients
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Follow up on pending documents and ensure all client records are current
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- With or without experience in real estate documentation or administrative work
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
