Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and organize documents related to client accounts, transactions, and agreements
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of documentation
  • Maintain updated records in both physical and digital formats
  • Coordinate with internal departments and clients to gather necessary documents
  • Monitor document expiration dates and ensure renewals are processed on time
  • File and retrieve documents as requested by management or clients
  • Assist in audit preparation and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Follow up on pending documents and ensure all client records are current

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • With or without experience in real estate documentation or administrative work
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
