Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of agreed KPIs for the assigned Area/Territory;
  • Excellent execution of Cycle Plan Programs – from cascade to implementation to liquidation of claims;
  • Ensures optimization of the business potential in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities for reach expansion and adapting the most suitable route to market strategy within the area of responsibility;
  • Provide market intelligence , relevant information observed from trade regarding products, territory (channel, customer, shopper) development, and competitive activities;
  • Ensures that the sales agents has the right infrastructure to efficiently cover the assigned territory; and
  • Conducts regular business reviews to update the current performance versus agreed KPI.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Master's Degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Area Sales Management
  • Preferably familiar with demographics of area assigned
  • Able to work well in teams
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in data analysis or data analytics
  • People Management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
