Senior Sales Recruiter (Project-Based, 12 Months)

Hybrid – Makati & Alabang | Fieldwork Required | Competitive Compensation

We're looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter who knows how to attract, engage, and hire top-performing sales professionals. This is a 12-month project-based role where you'll play a vital role in building a strong team of Insurance Sales Consultants (ISCs) for a leading life insurance provider.

These ISCs perform a role similar to Financial Advisors but focus on Worksite Marketing — engaging employees directly in partner companies to promote financial wellness and offer life insurance solutions tailored to their needs.


What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Insurance Sales Consultants (ISCs) nationwide.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet hiring volume and quality targets.
  • Partner with sales and business leaders to align recruitment goals with business needs.
  • Conduct interviews, assess sales potential, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Travel to support recruitment activities, field hiring events, and client engagements.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in recruiting sales professionals, preferably in insurance, banking, FMCG, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of what makes a great salesperson — drive, resilience, and purpose.
  • Hands-on recruiter who's also strategic, organized, and results-focused.
  • Willing to work hybrid (Makati and Alabang) and travel as needed.
  • Resourceful, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
