Logistics & Shipping Coordinator
who can own the end-to-end shipping and fulfillment process, ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and reliably. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and our company's growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of order logistics—from processing to delivery confirmation
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers, schedule pickups, and resolve delivery issues
  • Monitor shipment performance and proactively address delays or exceptions
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and support restocking and forecasting
  • Optimize shipping processes, costs, and carrier performance
  • Keep detailed logistics documentation and ensure compliance with shipping standards

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or fulfillment
  • Strong understanding of shipping processes, carrier management, and inventory flow
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with shipping software or logistics platforms
  • Experience negotiating with carriers and optimizing shipping costs
