Shipping Coordinator

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Sea Borne Logistics and Consultancy Inc. Full time ₱250,000 - ₱500,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Request billing charges per shipment.
  • Advances of Shipping Line charges (THC, Container Deposit, Demurrages, etc.)
  • Liquidation of advances upon received of official receipt.
  • Call shipping lines. (Delivery order, estimated time of arrival, demurrages)
  • Monitoring of Outport shipment (Arrival and delivery)
  • Monitoring of emails and make sure all emails outport docs was forwarded to broker
  • Application of importation clearance (FDA, BAI, BPI, SPS, etc.)
  • Render other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Customs Administration or in any field
  • Atleast has 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills (manages email concern)
  • Knowledgeable in customs regulation and shipping line process
  • Has the ability to work under pressure
