MAJOR FUNCTIONS

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient management of resources.

  2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders from various channels and platforms nationwide by developing and implementing order processing workflows and procedures including recommending and implementing technological solutions that supports efficient order processing.

3. Develop strategies to improve the customer experience and resolve issues promptly to contribute on customer retention program of the company.

  1. Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders by implementing seamless logistics procedures.

  2. Execute effective and efficient route planning strategies to optimize operational resources.

  3. Ensure the proper management and maintenance of the company's transportation fleet, including vehicles and equipment. Ensure that vehicles are properly maintained, meet safety standards, and comply with industry regulations.

  4. Expand nationwide distributions of products through selection and negotiation with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers. Evaluate partners performance and address any issues related to service quality or delivery reliability.

  5. Implement effective inventory control measures to maintain accurate inventory for all company warehouses, including third-party warehouses.

  6. Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth flow of products across all distribution centers.

  7. Develop and enforce Good Warehouse Practices and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure products quality are maintained at all times. Ensure the quality of products delivered to customers by implementing quality control procedures in preparation, dispatch and delivery of products.

  8. Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources, identify deficiency and take corrective actions to safeguard the resources of the company and implement cost-saving measures.

  9. Ensure adequate resources are in place and efficiently utilize to support the operation.

  10. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Enforce safety protocols and standards to create a safe working environment for all employees

  11. Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role.

  12. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports on operational performance for Top Management and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize operations.

  13. Assist and support the Top Management towards the achievement of departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives.
