The Telemarketer ensures smooth flow of operation through quality service and on-time completion of job. The sole purpose of a Telemarketer is to call potential customers and informing them of a product, its features and prices and soliciting sales. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customers, co-associates and superior.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure that all service records are keep safe and monitored.
  • Prepares reports that are applicable on the job requirement.
  • Arrange /communicate with customers for an appointment schedule.
  • Receiving service phone calls and coordinating with concerned associates to attend on the customer needs.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards and housekeeping rules.
  • Perform other related tasks that maybe assigned by Parts and Service Manager/Department Head from time to time.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • College Graduate of any business or management course
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,033.33 per month
