About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong experience in handling cash/out-of-pocket billing, proficiency with QuickBooks, and accuracy in data entry and spreadsheet management. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with financial data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process cash/out-of-pocket billing transactions accurately.
  • Record and reconcile transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Enter, update, and maintain financial and client information in spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Generate billing reports and assist with reconciliations as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Qualifications
  • Proven billing experience, particularly with cash/out-of-pocket payments.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in healthcare, professional services, or similar industries.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
