Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell products or services
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries
- Follow a prepared sales script to persuade potential customers
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer responses, and sales transactions
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide relevant information
- Set appointments for sales representatives when needed
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers
- Perform administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any business-related course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required; FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
- Good communication skills and collaboration skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Has good selling skills
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- With daily allowance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php460.00 per day
