Qualifications/Skills:

  • Preferably a Graduate of Bachelors Degree of any Course
  • With 5-7 years experience as a Supervisor in logistics, supply chain or warehouse management
  • Strong background in distribution center (DC) or warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management and other fulfillment.
  • Hands-on experience in improving warehouse processes, increasing efficiency, reducing errors, and implementing best practices.
  • Strong experience in managing stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, and overseeing order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, control processes. warehouse lay-out, and process optimization.
  • SAP or WMS oriented, Transportation Management System, and other logistics software.
  • ISO Standard oriented
  • Safety Standard oriented
  • Good warehousing distribution practices
