We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven
Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor
to oversee logistics processes. This role requires strong project management skills, process control, documentation and governance, compliance, team development, and system management.

Job Description:

  • Improvements and guidelines - Analyzing and optimizing logistics processes for efficiency.
  • Process Documentation and Governance - Develop, update and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Logistics' Operations.
  • Ensure Compliance - Stay up to date with and ensure adherence to relevant regulations standards.
  • Team Development and Strategic Support - Foster collaboration across different stakeholders to ensure aligned, efficient and effective logistics operations execution.
  • Reporting and Analysis - Collect data, write reports on logistics' performance and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Customer Service - Handle internal customers inquiries and complaints related to shipments, providing timely and accurate updates on delivery status
  • System Management - Ensure that all systems and process improveme nts align with the business objectives and operational standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to coordinate between HO teams and 3PL partners.


• Familiarity with warehouse systems, order tracking tools, and inventory processes.


• Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability to ensure timeliness and accuracy of outbound shipments.


• Must be open to warehouse-based work in Bulacan, with adaptability to a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to do fieldwork and report onsite in BGC, Taguig.
