What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training solutions
  2. Design and develop engaging, interactive training materials and courses in a variety of formats (e.g. e-learning, instructor-led, on-the-job)
  3. Deliver high-quality training programs that effectively build capabilities and promote knowledge transfer
  4. Evaluate the impact of training initiatives and continuously improve the learning experience
  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is aligned with business objectives
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
  7. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
  4. Passion for learning
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organisation
