What you'll be doing
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training solutions
 - Design and develop engaging, interactive training materials and courses in a variety of formats (e.g. e-learning, instructor-led, on-the-job)
 - Deliver high-quality training programs that effectively build capabilities and promote knowledge transfer
 - Evaluate the impact of training initiatives and continuously improve the learning experience
 - Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is aligned with business objectives
 - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
 - Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning
 
What we're looking for
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
 - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
 - Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
 - Passion for learning
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organisation
