Technical Learning and Development Officer

Job Description:
- Design and develop training programs based on Learning Needs Analysis results
- Monitor and evaluate training programs
- Work closely with subject matter experts and professionals within the organization to develop relevant trainings
- Provide technical skills training to employees to improve proficiency in tools, systems, technologies, and processes relevant to their roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical training curriculum: Design, create, and implement technical training programs that cater to the specific technical needs of employees, such as systems, software, hardware, or process improvements
- Conduct technical skills assessment: Evaluate the technical proficiency of employees and identify skills gap. Work with teams and managers to recommend appropriate technical training paths
- Update training materials: Ensure all technical training content is kept up to date with the latest technological advancements, tools, and industry best practices
- Evaluate training effectiveness: Measure the success of technical training programs by gathering feedback, performance metrics, and conducting follow-up assessments to gauge skill improvement
