We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides recruiting support to hiring managers across the department. This position is in charge of the implementation of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities relevant to placing competent individuals to all departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Hiring, and Selection
- Collaborates with hiring managers on the timely placement of manpower requests
- Responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting applicants based on selection criteria
- Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor in developing sourcing strategies and employer branding to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Utilize various recruitment portals such as but not limited to the company website, job portals, and social media platforms
- Conducts exam and initial interview to shortlisted candidates
- Facilitates interview process of applicants with the hiring managers
- Initiates partnerships with various organizations to increase the pipeline of potential candidates
- Participates in job fairs and other recruitment events to build strong candidate pipeline
- Prepares and extend offers to successful candidates and do salary negotiations as necessary
- Conducts background checks of qualified candidates for job offer
Onboarding
- Ensures completeness of applicant's pre-employment requirements prior onboarding date
- Facilitates onboarding activities to ensure new hires are properly guided prior to endorsement to the hiring manager
- Facilitates new employee orientation program for all new hires
- Coordinates with concerned departments regarding the onboarding schedule of new hires to ensure the preparation of necessary tools prior to the onboarding date
Performance Management
- Monitors new hire's employment status from onboarding up to regularization
- In-charge of coordinating with the hiring manager the employee movement of trainees and probationary employees
- Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and hiring manager in aligning job specifications with the hiring requirements
Administrative
- Prepares employment contact, training agreement and regularization document for newly hired rank-and-file employees
- In charge of 201 files and ensure completeness of new hires' documents
- Provides logistics support for all recruitment activities of human resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- with at least2-3 year experience as supervisory experience as lead of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
- Background in the Healthcare industry would be an advantage
- Above-average communication skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications or related software.
- Willing to report Onsite (Office Location: Pasig City, across Estancia Mall)
