Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-office visits.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for product availability and timely delivery.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales records.
- Support the Sales Supervisor in achieving office sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course (Business/IT-related preferred).
- At least 6 months–1 year experience in sales or customer service (preferably in IT products).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14, Php15,500.00 per month
