Job Overview:
We are looking for an After-Hours Call Center Support agent to serve as the first point of contact for tenants reporting emergency maintenance concerns outside of standard business hours. This role requires strong verbal communication skills, quick decision-making abilities, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset. During periods of low call volume, the agent will also provide administrative support. The ideal candidate has a background in property management, emergency dispatch, or call center support and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

After-Hours Call Handling

  • Respond promptly to urgent tenant maintenance concerns and security-related issues after hours.

  • Assess the urgency of each call and escalate emergency issues to designated vendors or on-call personnel as needed.

  • Accurately document all call interactions, actions taken, and required follow-ups in the appropriate systems.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with property managers and vendors to ensure efficient emergency dispatch and resolution.

  • Keep tenants and relevant stakeholders informed with timely updates throughout the resolution process.

  • Maintain professional communication across all platforms to ensure clarity and responsiveness.

Administrative Support

  • Perform data entry, reporting, and document management tasks when not actively taking calls.

  • Provide ad hoc clerical support to internal teams as required.
