About the role
Sunrise Search & Support Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Wave 1 Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.
What you'll be doing
- Provide outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls
- Handle a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient in English, both speaking and writing
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
