Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates, including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of call center associates
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee performance and attendance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to help them achieve their goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred
  • Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees
  • Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
