Store Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores by handling a variety of clerical and organizational tasks, including organizing files, assisting team members with various projects, and managing inventory.
This position also involves data entry, coordinating deliveries through third-party services, and overseeing petty cash and reimbursement processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Inventory Logsheet Monitoring
- Shelf Life Monitoring
- Out-of-stock (OOS) and Running Low (RL) Reports
- ERP System (Netsuite)
Store Administration:
- Organize Store documents
- Filing of Work Permits
- Petty Cash and Reimbursement
- Compiling of Store Receipts
- Booking of Deliveries via Third-Party Courier (e.g., Lalamove)
- Documents for Items for Pullout
- Performs Other Tasks as Assigned by the Immediate Superior
- Lost and Found Monitoring
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
