Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Investigating Accidents:

    Investigating workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes, identify corrective actions, and prevent future occurrences.

  • Monitoring and Reporting:

    Conducting regular safety inspections, monitoring compliance, and preparing reports on accidents, incidents, and safety performance.

  • Promoting a Culture of Safety:

    Encouraging a positive safety culture by promoting safety awareness, involving employees in safety discussions, and recognizing safe behaviors.

  • Emergency Response:

    Planning and coordinating emergency responses, including evacuations, first aid, and incident management.

  • Advising Management:

    Providing guidance and advice to management on safety matters, including risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and safety program development.
