KBF is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our PH team.

This role will focus on supporting the accounting team with high-level accounting work, assisting with the upcoming workload, and providing an Assistant Controller-level expertise where needed. The role will report to the Finance Director and work closely with the accounting team.

This is a Philippine-based, hybrid role (Monday to Friday), with working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PH time.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of internal financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.Provide high-level accounting expertise to support internal reporting and ensure GAAP compliance.Assist with internal budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc financial analysis.Help implement process improvements and accounting system enhancements.Collaborate with the Finance Director and other internal teams on special projects as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license required.At least 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with prior experience as an Assistant Controller.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.Experience with multiple accounting systems; preference for Intacct and NetSuite.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to supervise staff, prioritize tasks, and work independently.Strong Excel skills.Flexibility to work extended hours occasionally to meet deadlines.
