A MEPF Coordinator (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) is responsible for the overall coordination, integration, and implementation of all building services in a construction project. The role ensures that all MEPF systems are properly designed, installed, and commissioned according to project specifications, design intent, and regulatory standards.

The MEPF Coordinator acts as a key interface between architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines—resolving design conflicts, verifying constructability, and ensuring that all trades are aligned before and during execution. This position also oversees technical submittals, shop drawings, inspections, and testing to ensure that MEPF systems function efficiently and safely upon project completion.

Educational Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

 Professional license an advantage but not required

 1 year of work experience in the related field

 Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in MEPF Works.

 Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila and/or provincial projects

Skills and Competencies Required

 Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

 Proficient in coordination tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, or BIM software).

 Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and interdisciplinary coordination.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Effective communication and negotiation with consultants and contractors.

 Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
