  • Operations & Maintenance
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of HVAC, MEPF, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of building equipment and systems.
  • Utilities & Energy Management
  • Monitor and record daily consumption of electricity, water, and fuel.
  • Implement energy conservation initiatives and ensure operations are within budget.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and government-mandated requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
  • Project Coordination
  • Assist in fit-out inspections and ensure compliance with approved plans and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and renovations.
  • Reporting & Budgeting
  • Prepare monthly engineering reports and assist in the formulation of annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
  • Recommend upgrades and improvements to enhance building efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC Registered).
  • At least 3 years of experience in property or facilities management, preferably in high-rise commercial buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and building management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
