• Produces clear and accurate drawings such as body plans, shop drawings, revisions, as-built plans and any other drawings needed by the project.


• Coordinate with MEPFS/ Other trades for consolidation with structural, architectural to eliminate clashes or discrepancies.


• Reviews and familiarizes himself/herself with the issued drawings.


• Organizes files (hardcopy and softcopy) including for Construction Drawings (FCD), Request for Information (RFI), Submittals, e-mail correspondence and other drawings / documents that is essential to the project.


• Ensures that the drawings generated are done with the quality, with accordance to the latest for Construction Drawing and Technical Specifications and verified with the actual site conditions.


• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
