About the Role

As a General Admin VA (Claims Coordinator), you'll support drivers who are 'not at fault' in accidents, helping them access premium services such as accident replacement vehicles, towing, and repairs. From booking to case closure, you'll ensure every step runs smoothly and every customer feels supported.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service, specifically with exposure to claims coordination.
  • Experience in vehicle insurance, claims, vehicle hire, repair, panel beating, or car rental is highly valued.
  • Detail-oriented team player with strong multitasking skills.
  • Fast, empathetic, and professional in all customer interactions.
  • Confident communicator; skilled in dispute resolution.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to achieving results.
  • Amenable to working in a hybrid set-up, but prefers to work onsite in our Davao Site (Robinsons Cybergate Delta, Davao City)
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service while continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads promptly, achieving set KPIs.
  • Convert leads into successful bookings, meet lead conversion targets.
  • Coordinate the full hire and repair process—liaising with customers, tow operators, repair shops, assessors, and fleet agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in email and phone communication, ensuring clear, timely updates to all stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple cases at once, applying strong multitasking skills to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and empathy.
