This role will support the legal aspects of land-related issues, particularly in the development of power plant projects, including reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts. The role requires leadership experience, as well as a strong willingness to perform administrative duties and travel as needed for project execution. QUALIFICATIONS:Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.

Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing. Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in land acquisition, real estate law, contract management, and due diligence. Strong background in the power generation industry, particularly related to land acquisition for construction of power plants, is highly preferred.

Leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage legal teams and interact with senior management. Strong understanding of Philippine land laws, real estate regulations, and energy sector regulations. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Proficient in legal research and utilizing legal tools to support decision-making. Experience in land acquisitions for the construction of power plants or energy-related infrastructure projects in the Philippines.

Knowledge of land development processes and government regulations related to power plant projects in the country. Willing to take on administrative tasks and travel frequently for project-related matters.
