Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts management, corporate housekeeping, case management, and legal risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

  • Provide timely legal opinions and consultancy to management on various legal issues.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify legal risks and recommend appropriate courses of action.

  • Ensure that all contracts, agreements, and internal policies comply with applicable statutory and legal requirements.

  • Handle litigation-related matters, including working closely with external counsel to manage legal disputes effectively.

  • Oversee corporate legal documentation, ensuring all legal records are properly maintained and updated.

  • Participate in legal due diligence, particularly for the acquisition of new sites or assets, ensuring that all legal obligations are met.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law or Juris Doctor (JD); admission to the bar is a plus.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial contract review, drafting, and management.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial legal practices.

  • Experience in corporate housekeeping, legal risk management, and litigation support.

  • Proven ability to provide legal advice and solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
