- Drafts and finalizes contracts/letters/board resolutions/certification/corporate undertaking and other documents.
- Researches/prepares legal opinions/memoranda on various legal issues that may affect the company.
- Gives advice to other departments on legal issues & prepares and/or reviews position papers prepared by other departments.
- Attends meetings with other executive officers/departments/contractors/sub-contractors/consultants to discuss legal issues and their implications to the business.
- Prepares and handles confidential documents.
- Supervises the filing and organization of documents of the Division.
- Coordinates with other employees for the submission of supporting documents for legal opinions/position papers.
- Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor
- LLB is required
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- In-depth understanding of Philippine laws,
