We are looking for a driven Sales Agent to join our team who will manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure ongoing business through excellent service and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in business or a related discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while actively seeking new opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and proficiency in negotiating costs and services.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Being knowledgeable of the construction industry and the marketplace is advantageous.
  • Can start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to gather information about project scope, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare and present proposals and bids tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assume responsibility for achieving individual annual sales goals within specified timeframes.
  • Develop and present professional proposals customized for each customer.
