The Administrative Staff for Education Programs supports the Foundation's educational initiatives, with a primary focus on the scholarship program. This position involves handling scholarship applications, keeping records updated, assisting with events, and offering general administrative support for various education-related activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the scholarship application process, ensuring proper
documentation and deadlines are met;
Maintain up-to-date records of scholarship applicants, recipients, and other education
program participants;
Communicate with applicants, recipients, and other stakeholders regarding program updates
and requirements;
Help coordinate events related to education programs, such as scholarship orientations and
award ceremonies;
Assist in the preparation and distribution of program materials and reports;
Support the Education Program team with other administrative tasks as needed;
Ensure smooth communication and coordination among various departments involved in
education programs.
IV. KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Education : BS EDUCATION
Experience : With or without experience as long as you are willing to learn.
Special Skills : Proficient in Google sheet, MS Work, Excel and PPT
